We started TIDAL GROUP because we saw an opportunity to bring senior expertise back to the frontline that is hands-on, outcome-focused, and embedded in the work that truly drives results.

Nathan Pledger

Nathan Pledger is a Director level consultant with over 12 years’ experience delivering major transformation programs across health, government and regulated industries in Australia and internationally.

He has led hospital and health service commissioning and transition programs, supporting clients from business case and infrastructure planning through to operational activation. His experience includes financial modelling, program governance and large scale project delivery.

Nathan is known for disciplined program management and a practical approach to delivering complex change.

Tanya West

Tanya West is a senior health consultant with more than 30 years’ experience across government and health systems. She specialises in hospital commissioning and activation, service transition and complex health reform.

Beginning her career as a clinician in tertiary hospitals, Tanya brings practical frontline insight to commissioning programs. She has led hospital and service activations, statewide digital initiatives and multi sector reform projects in Australia and internationally.

Tanya works closely with executive and clinical leaders to translate strategy into safe, operational delivery, with a strong focus on governance, readiness and sustainable performance.

Stephen Sherring

Stephen Sherring is a Director level consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in management consulting, including senior roles with Deloitte and PwC. He specialises in hospital commissioning, service transition and complex program delivery across healthcare and government.

Stephen has led major hospital redevelopment and activation engagements, establishing integrated commissioning schedules, risk frameworks and governance reporting to support safe service commencement.

He is recognised for his structured thinking, collaborative leadership style and focus on practical, well governed delivery.
